    Since becoming President of Flores Financial Services, Greg has expanded the company to include a human resources department, a financial consulting department, and a staff of over 90 bookkeeping professionals, all providing sound financial services for their valued clients. Greg works hard to keep a genuine focus on his clients by involving himself in community relations relevant to the services and interests of their business operations.

    COO/Vice President

    Michelle joined FLORES in 2002 as a part-time student worker. Since joining the company full-time Michelle has assisted in the growth and development of the FLORES team, adding numerous programs, team members, partners and clients. She is currently heading up Operations of FLORES, working diligently with leaders in the industry to continue to grow FLORES as quality service provider and partner for success for each and every customer.

Her experience in audit and compliance, as well as regulatory issues, and overall commitment to our clientele has allowed the Audit division of FLORES Financial to grow and develop in conjunction with the ever-changing industry laws and requirements.

    Niki is an HR professional with a combined 8 years of experience in management and HR. She joined FLORES as a HR Assistant in 2016 and continued to grow in the company. As our Director of FLORES Human Resources, she enjoys working with FLORES team members and aiding in building team culture throughout the company.

    Before joining FLORES in 2011, Jessica had 7 years of experience in retail management. She began her career with the company and gained experience in many roles throughout the Human Resources Department. In her most recent role as EAO, Jessica enjoys developing organizational excellence and facilitating operational efficiency with the various aspects of HR and the business environment.

    Rosa has over 25 years of experience in accounting, payroll and HR. She has a strong background in both the hospitality and senior living industries and is passionate about creating people-first workplaces. Rosa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and leads with both strategic focus and heart.

    Inez has been with FLORES for over 9 years and started as an HR Assistant then worked her way up into the Leadership Team. Prior to joining FLORES, she learned the value of teamwork, hard work, dedication, and compliance while in the US Army.

    When Katelynn moved to San Diego, she was hired at FLORES as an HR Administrator. From there she was able to grow with FLORES and advance to HR Benefits Administrator, HR Benefits Coordinator, HR Generalist and then reaching her current position as HR Manager.

She has worked in the accounting industry for over 20 years. Her experience in the industry has allowed her to develop strong vendor contacts and relationships with clients.

    At just 17 years old, Jeremy started his accounting career by working at his dad’s office in the AP department. When Jeremy first moved to San Diego, he began a 10-year career as an Accountant-Financial Analyst in the manufacturing industry. He also worked in property management and did consulting work for dental and various other industries during his career. Jeremy is now a Financial Planning & Analyst at FLORES.
