Allison grew up in San Carlos and graduated from SDSU in 2007 with degree in Math Education and minor in Accounting. She started with FLORES in 2007 as a restaurant bookkeeper, moved into the Sprouts bank reconciliation department and then back into restaurants as an Accounting Manager. She joined the Executive Team in 2017 as Director of Accounting and stepped down in 2023 after the birth of her twins. Now, she is carving the path as Director of New Client Services where she can use her experience in accounting, recon and payroll. She looks forward to helping FLORES grow into the best company it can be for our clients and our employees. Her favorite aspects of working here are the family environment and helping to grow new team members into all they can be as well as helping clients be profitable.
