Before joining FLORES in 2011, Jessica had 7 years of experience in retail management. Jessica began her career with FLORES as an HR Assistant before being promoted to HR Generalist, then Compliance Supervisor and then HR Manager in May 2020. Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management in 2017 and her SHRM-CP certification in 2019. Jessica enjoys assisting clients with the various aspects of HR.
For fun, she enjoys playing tennis and loves a sunset view at the beach.
