Jorge joined FLORES in 2019 where he learned about HR as an HR Assistant. In 2020, he was promoted to an HR Payroll Administrator, handling payroll for various restaurants and grocery stores and then he was promoted to HR Payroll Manager in 2021. Jorge earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2018 from the University of San Diego. Outside of FLORES, Jorge has worked as a pool lifeguard and swim coach since 2015 and continues to teach and coach swimmers in his free time.
