Niki is an HR professional with a combined 7 years of experience in management and HR. Her proficiencies include: training and employee development, employee relations, company culture, leave of absence administration, workers compensation, benefits administration, and compliance. Niki earned her Bachelor’s degree in HR Management in 2017. She joined FLORES as a HR Assistant in 2016 and continued to grow in the company. In addition to her HR Assistant role, she has held the HR Coordinator and HR Generalist positions over the past four years. Niki has recently been promoted to Director of FLORES Human Resources. She enjoys working with FLORES team members and aiding in building team culture throughout the company. In her spare time, Niki enjoys being a board member in the German American societies in El Cajon and spending time with her husband and children.
