Katelynn was unsure what she wanted her career to be, until she started working at Disney 10 years ago as a ticket agent, then as a reservation sales agent. One day, she was asked to assist with some HR tasks, after that she knew she wanted to pursue her career in HR. Katelynn then moved to San Diego and was hired with FLORES as an HR Administrator. From there she was able to grow with FLORES and advance to an HR Benefits Administrator, HR Benefits Coordinator, HR Generalist and then reaching the HR Manager position. She continues to expand her knowledge in the industry and looks forward to growing even more with FLORES. Katelynn loves the FLORES culture and the motivation we all give each other to succeed in our careers.
