Terina came to FLORES after spending 12 years in the banking industry, starting as a teller, and moving up to Customer Service Manager. She has extensive knowledge of customer service standards having consulted on this subject before coming to FLORES. She’s worked in many different industries, such as automotive, retail, gaming, theme parks, all in client facing positions. Terina started at FLORES as an Accounting Associate I, soon became an AAII, and then worked her way up to now being an Accounting Manager. She loves working with our clients and our outstanding FLORES team. Her favorite part of working at FLORES is the work/life balance that we provide.
