Safety and Health Protections On The Job

Cal/OSHA has issued a mid-year update to its required “Safety and Health Protection On the Job” Notice. The Notice provides employees with information about employer safety obligations and employees’ rights, such as reporting unsafe working conditions or requesting Cal/OSHA safety inspections for unsafe conditions.

All employers must post at least one Notice at each physical location where business is conducted or where services or industrial operations are performed. The Notice must be posted in a place where notices to employees are customarily posted.
