Rosalie Mendoza was born and raised in San Diego, CA, and grew up in the North County area. She went to CSU, San Marcos, and the University of Phoenix where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Rosalie also received her HR Management Certificate at UCSD Extension.
Prior to FLORES, Rosalie worked in the medical, financial, health, and wellness industries, and was an HR Manager for two years in the biotech industry.
Rosalie joined the FLORES Team last year and is now the HR Manager. She says it’s the best move she has made in her professional career. “It’s refreshing to work with a team where everyone is on the same page and in pursuit of common goals,” says Mendoza. Rosalie always feels accomplished when she puts others’ needs before her own. When faced with difficult decisions, it was easy for her to choose the paths she’s chosen knowing this.
In her personal time, Rosalie likes spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and she has also run 3 half marathons. She and her husband got married in 2013 and they have a beautiful family of five including two dogs. Their three daughters are ages 20, 15, and 5.
One of the best vacations Rosalie has enjoyed with her family was a gift for her oldest daughter’s high school graduation. The trip involved a Disney cruise and visiting all the Walt Disney World kingdoms in Florida.
