Plate IQ is rebranding:

As part of our ongoing efforts to evolve and adapt to the changing market dynamics, we are excited to announce Plate IQ is rebranding. Our brand has always stood for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and we want to ensure that our image continues to reflect these values. Over the next few months, you will witness a transformation in our visual identity, including the new logo, website, and, eventually, product updates like improvements to UI and new features. Our goal with the rebrand is to position Plate IQ as a contemporary, forward-thinking brand while maintaining the trust and loyalty we’ve built over the years.

Meet Ottimate:

After over a year of planning and preparation, Plate IQ is rebranding to Ottimate. The purpose of any rebrand is to capture the heart of what the organization is all about. That heart is to automate tedious and manual tasks in accounts payable. Ottimate communicates who we are the first time someone hears or sees the name. Ottimate also means “optimized” in Italian, and process optimization is integral to our product philosophy. Another one of our top priorities was to humanize our brand. To that end, we’re excited to reveal our new company mascot, Otti the Ottimator. Otti uses eight arms to help streamline your AP workflow.

What this means for our partnership:

Nothing has changed. Our product and focus remain on the incredible clients and partners – like you – who have worked with us for years to create a best-in-class accounts payable automation solution. Your logins and processes will not change at this time, and the product will continue to look and feel like the Plate IQ you know today. We anticipate the first updates in the product in Q1 of 2024. We will communicate all updates well in advance of the go-live date.
