Dana grew up in Santee and graduated from West Hills HS (go Wolfpack!). After high school, what started to be in the accounting field, Dana ended up in the human resources world. Dana has been working with FLORES for almost 5 years. She started assisting FLORES in their HR Benefits department and moved up to be one of their HR Payroll Administrator (HRPA). Dana loves working for FLORES because she enjoys the family atmosphere and her clients are awesome to work with (#TEAMwork).
Dana is very close to her family. She has 6 nephews and 2 nieces that she enjoys spending quality “Auntie” time with. Even if it’s a hike, the beach or trying a new restaurant Dana treasures her family and friendship time very much.
Dana shares with us that she always feels accomplished when she meets her deadlines and executes her tasks by listening to jazz or relaxation music to help her focus and stay on track. Her future goal is to get her certificate in payroll and get her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and move up to a management position.
