Roxanna Vidrio – HR Coordinator

Roxanna was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, a city that will always hold a very special place in her heart. Growing up there shaped many of the values that guide her today, including the importance of family, connection, and community. She studied Psychology and graduated in 2017, wanting the opportunity to support people in the workplace as she was fascinated by the way organizations can positively impact employees’ experiences, growth, and overall well-being. That passion eventually led her to build a career in Human Resources, where she has been able to combine her love for understanding people with a desire to help create better workplaces. Throughout her career, she discovered that HR is much more than
processes and policies — it is about people.

In 2025, she decided to move to the United States to be closer to family and to embrace the opportunity to learn, grow, and experience HR from a new perspective. Joining FLORES gave her the opportunity to rediscover Human Resources, allowing her to look at many things she had done for years with fresh eyes and to learn in an environment that truly values people, teamwork, and the impact that HR can have on an organization. Roxanna feels grateful to be part of the team as she was welcomed with open arms. She felt supported during that transitional period of a new country and culture. She loves that FAMILY is a core value and feels it through the support, flexibility and genuine care people show for one another. Roxanna wants to grow with FLORES and make a positive impact by approaching every task with curiosity, responsibility and the desire to learn and improve.

Outside of work, Roxanna has always been someone who enjoys experiencing life; exploring, discovering new places, and making memories. Before she became a mom, she spent much of her free time working out, trying new restaurants, going to concerts, and enjoying time with friends. Life looks a little different now, but in the best way. Her family loves spending weekends outdoors, especially visiting the beach, the zoo, and exploring new places. Just being together with their son, Lucca, who has made this chapter of her life the most exciting adventure. Watching him grow, discover the world and experience new things has been one of her greatest joys in life. She also has a “bonus daughter,” Sandra who has become a very special part of her life. Her family and friendships are a very important part of who she is. Although she misses her community in Guadalajara, she is grateful for the opportunity to build new connections and meet wonderful people here.

Her favorite quote is: “Todo bien y a tiempo en el Eterno presente.” A close translation would be: “Everything is well, and everything happens at the right time, in the present moment.” This phrase reminds her to stay present and appreciate the moment. It helps her remember that sometimes we do not need to have every answer right away. Sometimes we just need to take a breath, trust the journey, and remember that everything is exactly where it needs to be.
