As the country begins to re-open and California begins to slowly move through phase 2 we wanted to share some documents with you to help assist with your safe reopening plans. Phase 2 is set to include restaurants with allowing the dining room service to resume, however, as of today most counties within California have not been released to do so. I know many of us are eagerly anticipating that date so in the interim please start preparing your business and team with the following recommended guidelines. We have attached the recommendations from the California Restaurant Association. We have also attached the Safe Reopening Plan template from the County of San Diego.
