Rosalie is a San Diego native and received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix and has her HR Management Certificate from UCSD Extension.  Rosalie has 20 years of experience providing services to the restaurant / hospitality, healthcare, health and wellness, biotech, banking, government contracting, and commercial markets.  Prior to joining FLORES in July 2020, she was a HR Manager for three years for a biotech/manufacturing company.  At FLORES, Rosalie was a HR Manager for Client Services division for two and a half years and is currently working as HR Consultant for Consulting division providing clients with full HR infrastructures, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits, and policy / procedure development.
