Rosalie MendozaSales & Marketing Associate
Rosalie is a San Diego native and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an HR Management Certificate from UCSD Extension. With 20 years of experience in various industries, including restaurant/hospitality, healthcare, biotech, banking, and government contracting, Rosalie joined FLORES in July 2020 after serving as an HR Manager for a biotech/manufacturing company for three years.
At FLORES, Rosalie initially worked as a HR Manager in the Client Services division for two and a half years before transitioning to the Consulting division as an HR Consulting Associate II. Currently, she plays a vital role as a Sales & Marketing Associate in the Business Development division, focusing on relationship building and growth. Additionally, Rosalie continues to provide clients with comprehensive HR infrastructures as part of the Consulting division, specializing in employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits, and policy/procedure development.
