Rosa has over 25 years of experience in accounting, payroll and HR. She has a strong background in both the hospitality and senior living industries and is passionate about creating people-first workplaces. Rosa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and leads with both strategic focus and heart.
Since joining FLORES, Rosa has advanced from an Assistant HR Manager to HR Manager where she leads with an approachable and warm leadership style. She thrives on helping teams navigate compliance, streamline payroll systems and foster a positive workplace culture.
When not at work, Rosa enjoys exploring new cultures through travel, trying different cuisine and spending time with loved ones. She believes in the power of creating authentic connections both at work and in her personal life.
