Lynnette Morrow, SPHRHuman Resources Manager

Lynnette started her career as a retail manager after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. A few years later, she left retail for a role in Human Resources. Since then, she has worked in all aspects of HR management and in several industries. Impressed by its culture and commitment to providing top-notch client service, she joined FLORES in 2025 with more than 15 years of HR management experience. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and enjoys helping managers and companies succeed by developing practical and effective solutions to HR issues.
Lynnette lived in England for 7 years as a military “brat,” which ignited a passion for travel. So far, she has visited 21 countries on 4 continents. In 2018, she returned to England and lived in northwest London for more than 6 years. In her free time, Lynnette loves to dote on her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with family and friends.
