Jessica Cagle, SHRM-CP Executive Administrative Officer
Before joining FLORES in 2011, Jessica had 7 years of experience in retail management. Jessica began her career with the company and gained experience in many roles throughout the Human Resources Department, watching it grow while earning her bachelor’s degree in 2017 and her SHRM-CP certification in 2019. In May 2020 she became an HR Manager and most recently now is in an EAO role. Jessica enjoys developing organizational excellence and facilitating operational efficiency with the various aspects of HR and the business environment. For fun, she likes playing tennis with her son and catching a sunset view at the beach.
