Before joining FLORES in 2018, Alicia worked as a Senior Engineering Technician designing water pipelines in East County. Alicia started her career with FLORES as an Accounting Associate I, then was promoted to Accounting Associate II and then an Accounting Manager in November 2020. Since October 2022, Alicia has become the Onboarding Manager and enjoys assisting her clients with the different facets of accounting. Her favorite thing about being a manager in our Accounting department is that she gets to give our clients accurate financials and help grow the FLORES team and clientele. In her personal time, Alicia is generally at her children’s various sports activities or out catching a San Diego Padres game.
