Alejandra has been with FLORES for over 2 years. Prior to FLORES, she worked at the corporate headquarters of a staffing agency, where she learned the importance of confidentiality and compliance. She joined FLORES in 2022 as HR Coordinator and has moved her way up into the Leadership team.

Alejandra’s education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and the Human Resources Management Certification from UCSD School for Continuing Education. She is also a Notary Public for the State of California.

For fun, Alejandra likes to go to the gym, hike, listen to live music, and spend time with family, friends, and her dogs.
