Why Dawn?

With her great personality and dedicated work ethic we are grateful to have Dawn as one of the members of the Flores Family.

Her attention to detail and full commitment to continually help everyone on the Flores team is extraordinary. Given all the growth that Flores has been going through in our Payroll department she is always positive and adaptive to all changes. She started as a Payroll Specialist and although she had very small training in this area she was able to rapidly fulfill this position with great success. Now she is currently taking other responsibilities with the merging of our Payroll and HR Department and she has been rocking it!

Dawn’s determination and great communication skills are also what makes her an asset to all of us here at Flores. She is always committed to all assignments assigned to her.
