All Star of the Month – Sandy Hayman

At Flores, we believe in team empowerment that’s why starting 2019, we gave the power to our team to nominate their peers for the “All-Star of the Month” all throughout the year. We had several good nominations for January and so without further ado, the first ever staff-nominated All-Star winner goes to *drumroll please* — Sandy Hayman!

Why Sandy?

Sandy has been with Flores for more than 20 years. She’s a loyal, hardworking and CHEERFUL member of the team. She is always willing to take time to help a fellow teammate and approaches new challenges with enthusiasm. Sandy is professional and friendly with clients and vendors.
