Meet Randy Palma, Bank Reconciliation Specialist II

Randy Palma started as an Office Assistant and is now a Bank Reconciliation Specialist II.  He enjoys the family-oriented culture at Flores, the never-ending ambition to grow as a company, facing new challenges, and working together.

Randy was born and raised in San Diego and currently resides in Paradise Hills with his family. He has many hobbies that keep him moving. These hobbies range from going to the movies, playing flag football, and relaxing by a lake.

He originally tried his hand at a career in the medical field by training as a Medical Assistant in high school and then as an Emergency Medical Technician at the Grossmont Health Occupation Center. Realizing that this was not the career path for him, Randy went back to school at Grossmont College to figure out what to do next. After seeing a flyer advertising the Office Professional Training (OPT) program, he decided to sign up and there was no looking back. He graduated from the program he worked in several different positions at the school. When his time with the college came to an end, the OPT Job Placement Specialist referred him to Flores.

Randy tries to be as precise and informative as possible in his work by constantly double-checking figures and covering all bases and avenues of possible error.

He is proud to be part of the Flores team and is looking forward to what the future hold for this company.
