Robert Szymanski- Accounting Associate I
Robert was born and raised in Tampa, FL. He attended a local community college and studied music theory. While pursuing music, he started work as an accountant for a family business. Since then, he has found a love and a knack for numbers and all things accounting.
Here at FLORES, Robert is an Accounting Associate I. His favorite aspect of the company is the management style and his team. He appreciates the ability to reach out and ask questions without feeling as though it may be looked at as something negative. He also likes the continual training and investment FLORES puts into him as an employee and as a person, individually.
In his free time, he enjoys going to the Gulf Coast and catching some rays on the beach while reading a good book. His current read is Michael Crichton’s Jurassic Park, and he highly recommends it for anyone who enjoyed the movie or enjoys a good sci-fi read. A person might also catch me trying new local restaurants and eateries that pop up around the Tampa Bay area.
Robert and his fiancée, Allie, are thinking of taking a trip to Asheville, NC in the next coming year. If anyone has any tips or places to recommend, please let him know! They also are hoping to take a trip with his stepmom out to Chattanooga, TN to meet her side of the family.
Robert can’t pinpoint a favorite quote but feels that he and his family can probably hold a whole conversation by just quoting movies and TV shows. Most of those movies being Jurassic Park, Lord of the Rings, and Back to the Future. There’s so many more but that’s the gist.
Simply put, accomplishing a full day’s hard work, exercising every day, making sure our clients are happy, and sitting down to a meal with his future wife makes Robert feel accomplished. It’s the little things in life that everyone should always take a moment to cherish.
