If any employee reported to the worksite between March 19 and July 5, 2020, and tested positive or was diagnosed with a Covid-19 related illness, the employee may be eligible for workers’ compensation benefits under the Executive Order. The employee may receive temporary disability (TD) payments (paying two-thirds of gross wages) after exhausting specific federal or state COVID-19 paid sick leave benefits
