FLORES All Star of the Month Heather Baillargeon #10

Heather has just recently celebrated her one-year anniversary with FLORES. She has taken on the new role of Executive Administrative Assistant and has been an impactful asset to FLORES. Within a few months of joining the team, she unexpectedly had to cover the front-end process. She willingly jumped in and created a training plan and a better process. She successfully trained Kim and we are so thankful for her efforts. Recently, Heather has taken on the challenge of coordinating the logistics of the inter-office courier bags. She has covered this process to alleviate the team, create better efficiencies, and train our High School program participants. The students have been taking on this task well and that is attributed to Heather’s foresight and willingness to take on the project. I am very proud of Heather’s achievements this year and feel that she is very deserving of this recognition.
