As California employers, we must post the required federal and California posters somewhere conspicuous where employees are likely to see the poster. These posters may be updated from time to time and there were a few changes in 2019.

In March 2019, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) updated the “Family Care and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave” poster (DFEH-100-21, March 2019) with information relating to the New Parent Leave Law.

In August 2019, Cal-OSHA updated the “Safety and Health Protection on the Job” poster.
