At Flores, we believe in team empowerment and appreciation.  Each month, our team nominates their peers for the “All-Star of the Month”.

The winner of All-Star of the Month enjoys a month of “All-Star” priority employee parking, a gift card and lunch with managers!

We are pleased to announce our November All-Star winner *drumroll please* — Andrew Lopez!

Why Andrew?

Andrew is always happy to help his fellow team members anyway he can, while continuing to keep up with all of his clients and other duties.  Andrew takes on new items with an open and eager attitude.  He has shown a great willingness to learn new items and help anyone that needs help, which is the major reason why we have chosen him for December’s All-Star of the Month.

Andrew has been a great team player since day one. He is always willing to help out any one in the Flores team with no hesitation. He is a quick learner by being able to take on any task head on and execute them when needed in a timely manner. He takes great pride in his work because he has demonstrated the Flores core values all throughout his work.

Andrew has been with FLORES for over a year and started as a Junior Accounting Associate, he quickly showed how motivated he was to learn and his eagerness to help anyone who needed it. He then moved up to an AAI where he is now dealing with his own clients and still help fellow coworkers when needed. He also helps new JA’s that come on board the team. Andrew has proved himself an asset to the FLORES team that we very much value.
