Alicia was raised in Santee, CA where she still currently lives and graduated from Santana High School. Alicia started working when she was 16 years old at Sea World and after high school worked as a GIS Technician for the City of San Diego. After deciding to work closer to home, Alicia worked as an Engineering Technician for 14 years before deciding it was time for a career change. She heard FLORES was hiring, and here she is!
At FLORES, Alicia is an Accounting Manager. Her favorite aspect of the company is the culture and how it truly feels like a family. Alicia’s goal in the workplace is to continue to provide the best service to her clients and be a good manager for her team.
In her free time, Alicia can most likely be found reading a book or at the softball field cheering on her daughter. Family and friends mean the world to Alicia and she enjoys going out to the desert with them or attending a Padres game.
