Tyler joined FLORES in 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience leading human resources, operations, and organizational strategies across high-growth startups, small businesses, mission-driven nonprofits, and large multi-site organizations with 1000+ employees. He has a strong track record of building HR functions from the ground up, scaling people operations, and fostering high-performing, values-driven cultures.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and is a Board Member of San Diego SHRM. Tyler lives in San Diego with his wife, their new daughter, and two dogs, Bowie and Gatsby.
