Tyler joined FLORES in 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience leading human resources, operations, and organizational strategies across high-growth startups, small businesses, mission-driven nonprofits, and large multi-site organizations with 1000+ employees. He has a strong track record of building HR functions from the ground up, scaling people operations, and fostering high-performing, values-driven cultures.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and is an active member of San Diego SHRM. Tyler lives in San Diego with his wife, their new daughter, and two dogs, Bowie and Gatsby.
