Lisa attended SDSU and studied Business Administration with an emphasis on Management. Prior to starting at FLORES, Lisa was the de facto HR resource for the San Diego County and Imperial County stores in Southern California. During this time, Lisa received her Professional Certificate in Human Resources from SDSU Global Campus. In 2018, Lisa left retail management to focus on HR and earned her global certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute. She joined FLORES in December 2019 as an HR Coordinator. In July 2020, she was promoted to HR Assistant Manager and continued to expand her HR knowledge. In April 2022, Lisa was promoted of HR Manager. Lisa enjoys being able to help clients and team members achieve their goals and provide the knowledge and expertise to guide them through whatever situation they may find themselves in.
