Abby worked in bookkeeping in multiple different sectors over the last 23 years including the emergency veterinary field, education, and construction and roofing industries before she came to FLORES in 2019. In Veterinary medicine she worked as a liaison between doctors and clients regarding estimates for care, entering charges, accounts receivable as well as patient triage and client care. She also coordinated teacher schedules, grant applications, and managed a small office in private education before moving on to the Roofing industry where she managed an office as well as all bookkeeping duties for a contractor who had been in business over 40 years. Abby started at FLORES as an Accounting Associate I, worked her way up to AAII in 2021 and then became an Accounting Manager. She loves working with the team and clients to ensure that the FLORES Core Values are met and exceeded whenever possible. Her favorite part about working at FLORES is the family environment and teamwork.
