Ashley Easterday – Recon Specialist I
Ashley grew up in San Diego where she spent her early years before beginning her professional journey. When she did start a career, it was in banking at the age of 18. Over the years, she developed a strong foundation in the industry and has truly enjoyed the growth and experience it provided.
At FLORES, Ashley is in the Recon department. One of her favorite aspects of the company is the level of support provided, from onboarding and training to ongoing development. She states the culture encourages growth and ensures employees feel supported every step of the way.
In her spare time, Ashley enjoys baking and cooking, with a particular passion for sourdough bread and canning. She also enjoys homesteading – raising chickens and working on projects that support a more self-sufficient lifestyle. Ashley also has a great family as they spend quality time together, especially working on a new property and building the homestead. She cherishes those moments as they are incredibly meaningful and rewarding to her.

Learning and mastering a new skill is when Ashley feels most accomplished. Whether it takes a day or a year, the process of growth is what fulfills her. Moving forward, she hopes to continue developing both personally and professionally, always striving to improve and take on new challenges.
