This month, we’re proud to spotlight Jessica as our Employee All Star! Stepping into a major year‑end responsibility, Jessica processed W‑2s for the very first time (sorted, checked in, organized) and did it with accuracy and efficiency. W‑2 season is no small task, and Jessica demonstrated initiative by learning the process, asking the right questions, and ensuring every detail was handled with care. Her dedication helped guarantee a smooth, compliant, and timely W‑2 distribution for our team and clients. Jessica also has done a nice job with ensuring the team is aware of CMF changes, tracking postage and envelop counts and does office walk throughs of the building. Her hard work makes a difference and adds a friendly face to count on at the front desk! She has blended into the FLORES team so naturally that it feels as though she’s been part of the team much longer than she actually has.
