Do we have to purchase special software?
No, we upload all of your information into our system. We currently use MAS200, a top accounting software that enables us to provide accurate and secure information.

If you don't come to our location, how do we exchange information?
For most our clients, we implement a courier system in which we exchange necessary documents 2 to 3 times a week. In addition, our office supports paperless reporting and therefore email communication is highly effective and provides the instant feedback our clients seek.

How often can we expect to receive financial reports?
Our goal is to produce preliminary statements to review with you 5 business days following the periods end. Secondly we dedicate ourselves in coordinating efforts with your management to producing finalized profit and loss statements no later than 10 business days following period end. In addition, our cost tracking system offers you the opportunity to access daily and weekly flash reports of your company's performance.

What are the costs?
The beauty of our service is that they are completely flexible and customizable for you. Depending on the scope of services you are interested in FFS can develop a plan that fits within your budget. A scheduled consultation will be needed to determine your exact costs but FFS fees are determined on a weekly rate.
